I did a little research, noted their amazing reviews, and connected with their office staff. They provided a quote the same day (it was a fair price) and we were able to schedule service for a convenient time. The technician who came was Eddie and he was wonderful -- he was timely, highly professional, and clearly experienced. Beyond that, I appreciated that he was respectful of my property as he removed the old fan and installed the new one (meticulous, organized, put parts on the floor rather than on my outdoor furniture, etc.). Eddie was also flexible and quickly took care of another job while he was at my home. I've already requested estimates for additional work and will recommend Hylton Electric LLC to my neighbors.
